Aker Solutions's holds graduate forums every six months, chaired by a different graduate each time. The forums give graduates the opportunity to talk about the things that matter to them most within their respective roles.
The most recent forum included discussions about overseas opportunities within the business, possible ways of gaining engineering chartership, as well as a presentation from our Managing Director, Dave Ley, who gave an overview of Aker Solutions's organisation structure and key objectives for the future.
After each forum, graduates often have the chance to take part in exciting team building activities, like power-boating at Castlegate Quay at the Stockton Riverside.
