Engineer Positions: Flexible Working

We may have a long history, but you'll soon find that Aker Solutions has a very modern work culture. Take our flexi-time initiative for instance, designed to suit both clients and our people.

All permanent engineer positions at Stockton, Warrington and Westlakes are required to work to an aggregate 74 hour fortnight. This allows our engineering employees, to work a minimum of 30 hours in a week followed by a maximum 44 hours a week or vice versa if they wish to do so.

The earliest start time is 7.00am with a latest finish of 7.00pm. (under working time directives you must allow 12 hours from ending of 1 working period to start of next).

The only core times are 9.30am - 12noon from Monday to Friday.
